Materials

Resin:

The resin used on the tags will wear and over time, water can eventually impact the durability of the tag. Following the care instructions will help maintain that tag's appearance over time. Care for tag and accessories are the customer's responsibility and not warranted by Midwest Paints.

Processing and Shipping

Shipping Notification:

Once your order is ready to ship, a label will be made and emailed to you, giving you a shipping confirmation and tracking info (US & Canada).


Processing Time:

Normally, it takes up to 4-6 weeks to fully process and ship your order (for customs add two weeks to the processing time). The processing time varies depending on the workload and what products you have purchased. If it will take longer, announcements are made to let everyone know. This does NOT include the time it takes for the shipping facility to deliver your package.

International Shipping:

Your home country may require you to pay custom import fees. The shop cannot be held responsible for any customs and import taxes that may occur. Every country has a different policy when it comes to calculating custom fees, usually based on the weight, value, and size of the parcel. Inquire to your local postal services or customs office for further details.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our tags, all sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges only for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. Please inspect tags upon arrival, and notify me by email immediately if damage occurs during transit


Refunds and Exchanges:

If your order is eligible for a refund or an exchange, the customer must first email or message within 30 days of the purchase date. Upon receipt of your communication, we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure a reasonable resolution.

Cancellations:

Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, the decision to accept a cancellation will be left at the discretion of the seller.

Missing Orders:

The shop cannot be held responsible for the loss of a shipment after it has been shipped. However, tracking is included on all Canadian and American orders. If it has been deemed lost, the shop will either refund or resend at its discretion

It is your sole responsibility to refer back to these pages to verify any updates and additions. Continued use after updates and additions to the Terms and Policies will constitute implicit agreement to these changes.
